Some manufacturer-direct items may be final sale and not eligible for returns.

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

F. REFUNDS

G. NO REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED DISCOUNTS

After an order has been completed, we do not provide refunds for discounts or promotional codes that were not applied during checkout. Customers are encouraged to apply available discounts before completing their purchase, as retroactive discount adjustments cannot be made.
